Return Policy

1. Eligibility
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging (with tags, brushes unused, etc.).
Sale/discounted items are usually non-returnable (your choice).
2. Refunds
We currently offer exchange or store credit only (cash refunds are difficult in Pakistan due to fraud risk & courier policies).
If the product is damaged or wrong item is sent, we’ll replace it free of cost.
3. Process
Contact us via WhatsApp with your order number & product pictures.
Ship the item back via courier. (Return shipping is usually paid by customer unless we sent the wrong item).
4. Non-returnable item

Hygiene-sensitive products like makeup, brushes after use, skincare opened cannot be returned.
Customized or personalized products also non-returnable.
